~~~>> Extract the folder nircmd.zip to any location you want, just remember it
~~~>> Right click on desktop and choose "new" and "shortcut".
~~~>> Type in the location to nircmd.exe
~~~>> "location.nircmd.exe" WITH " "!
~~~>> after "...nircmd.exe" type cdrom open (character on the CD/DVD ROM) Example: "C:\nircmd.exe" cdrom open D
~~~>> If you want to close it, just change open to close
~~~>> Example: "C:\nircmd.exe cdrom close D
~~~>> Then call the shortcut whatever you want...
~~~>> Double click and enjoy
